House or Condo, Either way its a lot!
It feels like there is a lot of pressure and stress to get a place to live. Keep renting and throwing away money, or buy something, but not sure if it is the right place or right price or how much will it strap you down. It is rough to figure that all out. Seems like Marysville is the best place to settle down for the money, but that is quite the commute. Really doesn't add too much time on, but at least another 15mins, but maybe more with how bad traffic can be in North Everett. Maybe the train might be a good idea as well, but the schedule is garbage right now.Living in the Lynnwood/Edmonds/Mukilteo area would be nice, close to church, our friends and it is nice. But having to pay so much and would definately be a condo not a house. Trying to weight those and consider wanting a dog and kids down the road, how long do you stay? And most importatnly, can you afford it! Hopefully, we can trust God and not worry too much about it, but be patient and wait for the right opportunity to present itself at the right time.
