Sometimes You Just Need to Laugh

There are always going to be things in life that are going to be frustrating. People will disappoint you, hurt you, upset you and be down right mean. Friendship will lose ground, family ties will loosen, you might not be as open with your spouse, your work could be so overwhelming, and you just don't feel like you have it together or are failing in all ways.

These feel like life's lessons. God's way of challenging us, to go to the next level. When things seem to be going so well, you get knocked off course. And God is not seeing failure, until you re-act wrong. From my experience, there is no nirvana or place of pure peace here on Earth, because it can all come crashing down and it takes so much engery to keep things to stay on track. You can not rest. Yes, a vacation would be nice, but the cynic could easily find the downside with even a vacation.

What I (Tony) think, actually, what I know to be true for me is the ability to laugh about the stupid things and let the little things just go by. Instead focus your energy on being happy and not stuck in the gutter complaining about it. Keep your head up and push on. I am not suggesting ignorance. In my case... Just hanging out knowing I will always be married to my wonderful wife, even when I can't stand her and she can't stand me. It is going to happen, we aren't that naive. However, laughing together and enjoying things to add joy to your life will always end postively. When both parties of ANY relationship is wanting to enjoy their time, almost always, they will.

In light of this thought.. I want to have fun, lets see if you do too.
